Quelles sont les exigences pour que mon enfant puisse participer à cette Prématernelle?
What are the requirements for my child to attend this preschool?
Votre enfant doit avoir 4 ans au plus tard le 30 septembre pour être inscrit au groupe et il doit être complètement propre.
Your child will have to be 4 by September 30th in order to enter a class and has to be totally toilet trained.
Pendant combien de temps mon nom demeure t-il sur la liste d’attente?
How long will my name be kept on the waiting list?
Votre nom demeure sur la liste d’attente pour la durée de l’année scolaire courante. Une nouvelle liste est créé à chaque nouvelle année scolaire.
Your name is kept on the waiting list for the duration of the current school year. A new list is created each new school year.
Est-ce qu’on me demandera de participer à la collecte de fonds?
Will we be asked to participate in fundraising?
OUI. Puisque la Prématernelle d’Aylmer est un organisme à but non lucratif et que le budget annuel est en partie financé par des activités de financement, les parents seront donc invités à participer a ces différentes activités de financement, par contre seulement une est obligatoire durant l’année scolaire.
YES. Since the Aylmer Preschool is a non-profit organization and fundraising is a part of the annual budget, parents will be asked to participate in different fundraising projects, where only one will be mandantory during the school year.
Quand puis-je ajouter mon nom sure las liste d’attente?
When can I put my name on the waiting list?
La liste d’attente pour la prochaine année scolaire est créé à la soirée d’inscription au mois de mai a partir du moment que les groupes sont complets. Si vous le désirez, nous pouvons inscrire votre nom sur la liste d’attente qui sera conservé pour l’année courante.
The waiting list for the coming school year is created on the registration night in May at the moment when the classes are full. If desired, we can place your name on the waiting list which will then be retained for the current year.
Est-ce que les frais sont admissibles au crédit d’impôt pour frais de garde d’enfants de Revenu Québec?
Are the fees admissible for the Revenu Quebec tax credit for childcare expenses?
Oui. Un reçu fiscal RL-24 sera fourni à la fin de chaque année fiscale. Vous pouvez également demander d’obtenir les versements anticipés du crédit d’impôt pour frais de garde d’enfants.
Yes. An RL-24 tax receipt will be provided at the end of each tax year. You can also make arrangements for advance payments of the tax credit for childcare expenses.
Aurons-nous besoin d'acheter du matériel scolaire pour la classe?
Will we need to purchase school materials for class?
Non, tout le matériel éducatif est fourni par la prématernelle.
No. All educational materials are provided by the preschool.
Fournissez-vous le transport par autobus scolaire?
Do you provide transportation by school bus?
Non. Les parents sont responsable du transport de leur enfant. Tous les enfants doivent être accompagnés jusqu'à leur arrivée à l'intérieur de l'édifice, à l'aller et au retour de l'école, par un parent ou un suppléant autorisé. Tous les enfants doivent être accompagnés à l'entrée latérale pour rencontrer l'enseignante par un parent ou un remplaçant autorisé. Les enfants seront ensuite remis au parent ou au remplaçant autorisé à la fin de la journée.
No. Parents are responsible for arranging their own transportation. All children must be accompanied inside the building to and from school by a parent or authorized substitute. All children must be accompanied to the side door entrance to meet the teacher by a parent or authorized substitute. Children will then be released to the parent or authorized substitute at the end of the day.
